How we pack and deliver your order.
Every order is picked and packed at our Tottenham warehouse and delivered to your business. Here is what to expect.
Ordering
Send us your product list, quantities and delivery postcode through the quote form. We reply with pricing, availability and a proposed delivery day.
Once you accept, we confirm your order and delivery window.
How we pack
Fresh produce is checked, sorted and packed in cases or crates so it travels well. Drinks are delivered in cases and multipacks. Packaging is delivered in sealed cartons, kept dry and clean.
If you order produce, drinks and packaging together, we aim to deliver everything in one trip.
Delivery area
We deliver to businesses across London from our warehouse at 105 Brantwood Road, Tottenham, N17 0DX. Delivery days, time windows and charges are confirmed in your quote, based on your postcode and order size.
When your order arrives
Please check your goods at delivery. If anything is missing, damaged or not as ordered, tell us as soon as possible, ideally the same day, with a photo if you can, and we will put it right.
Branded packaging orders
Printed packaging is produced after you approve the artwork. We confirm timing in your quote so you can plan ahead, and plain stock packaging can bridge the gap.
Planning your delivery day
To propose the right delivery slot, we need your delivery postcode, your opening hours, a contact number for the day and any access details such as loading bays, parking restrictions or stairs.

Storing your order on arrival
Unpack fresh produce promptly and store it by type. Keep drinks and packaging dry and off the floor. If you can, check quantities against your order confirmation while the driver is with you.
Regular and bulk orders
If you order every week, we can work from a standing list that you confirm or adjust. For larger or mixed orders, tell us your quantities in advance so we can plan picking and delivery.
