How to plan a weekly fresh produce order

Most kitchens order fast-moving items such as salad leaves, herbs and tomatoes two or three times a week, and hardier items such as onions, potatoes and carrots once a week. Start from your menu: list your dishes, count the portions and convert them into cases or kilos, then add a small buffer for waste and busy weekends.

Tell us your delivery days, opening hours and any access limits such as loading bays, parking or stairs. We use this to propose a delivery slot that fits your service.

  • List fast-moving and slow-moving items separately
  • Order citrus for drinks and garnish in the same delivery
  • Tell us about allergen or sourcing preferences
  • Check goods on arrival and report problems the same day

Questions

Quick answers

Do you supply fresh fruit and vegetables to restaurants and cafés in London?

Yes. We supply fresh fruit, salad, vegetables and herbs to restaurants, cafés, takeaways and shops across London from our Tottenham warehouse.

Can I order the same produce every week?

Yes. Many customers send us a standing list that we confirm each week. You can change quantities whenever your menu changes.

Do you charge delivery on produce orders?

Delivery terms depend on your postcode and order size. They are confirmed in your quote, before you commit to anything.

Can you supply herbs and salad leaves?

Yes. Our range includes herbs such as parsley, coriander, mint and basil, and salad leaves such as lettuce, rocket and spinach. Availability follows the season and is confirmed in your quote.

How do I store fresh produce after delivery?

Unpack deliveries promptly and store produce by type: leafy greens, herbs and soft fruit in the fridge, and onions and potatoes in a cool, dry, dark place. Check everything on arrival and tell us about any problems the same day.

Do you supply seasonal fruit and vegetables?

Yes. We follow the seasons, so the range and quality of some items change through the year. Ask what is at its best, and we will suggest alternatives if an item is not available.
